The LC committees are meeting often to discuss the timelines and processes for Learning Communities. For Fall 2007, proposals were due February 1, 2007. Proposals were reviewed and Coordinators were notified of acceptance in April 2007. Marketing materials were ready for distribution prior to Orientation in Summer 2007.

A new calendar with Timelines will be available soon. At this time, a tentative timeline for 2008 Learning Communities is as follows:

• RFPs for Fall 2008 LCs will go out in October 2007.
• Proposals for Fall 2008 LCs will be due by the end of January 2008.
• Review of proposals for Fall 2008 LCs will be completed by the end of March 2008.
